It’s been raining all day today in London, but there’s still no sign of a rainbow. I wish there were; it would tie in nicely to this week’s Parsha, which please g-d we’ll be reading in Shul tomorrow; Parshas Noach. As the Parsha tells us, the rainbow is a reminder of G-d’s promise to never destroy the world again! No matter what the weather’s doing, when you look up at the sky tonight, remember G-d and thank Him for the wonderful invention known as Shabbes!
In London, Shabbes candles should be lit at 4:09 PM on Friday. Shabbes ends at 5:18 PM tomorrow. Gut Shabbes!
